REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

If you have received a defective or wrong item, please reach us directly via our chat option or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.
In case of defective or damaged goods, you don't even have to return your package. We will send a replacement to you (No extra fee).
Our replacement and refund policy lasts 30 days since your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Cancel Or Modify Orders
In case, you want to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us before 22:00 pm(CDT) within the day the order was placed.
Please provide us with an order number and the adjustment that you would like to make. You can email us at email@example.com or via live chat. We’ll review and send a confirmation once the changes have been made.

We will provide you with a full refund if you don’t receive your order after 45 days since the purchase.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
