MODIFY & CANCEL ORDER
How can I cancel or modify my order
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified before 22:00 pm(CDT) the day the order was placed. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modify.

How to change the shipping address when I have the tracking number
When your order is shipped out. We are NOT allowed to change the shipping address anymore. In this case, contact support@furhoney.com immediately to get the tracking number and local post office information. You need to follow your package and contact the carrier by yourself to change your delivery address

Tracking information shows notice information ( return to sender, failed to deliver, disposed of by the post office, etc…. or it stops updating for a long time.

What should I do when tracking information that is delivered but I have not received the package ?
Sometimes, to ensure the safety of your shipment, the carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:
- Mailbox
- Porch
- Garage
Any area out of potential weather hazards
Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
In rare cases, a package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.
If within 2-3 business days, you still have not received your package , please email us at support@furhoney.com or via the live chat
Why do I have to pick up my package
Your shipment was attempted but not delivered because of some unwanted reasons decided by the local post office. Your item has safely come back to the post office and is ready to be picked up.Customers may go to the Post Office to pick up the item before the date and time indicated on tracking or card left, if not, your package will return to sender or be disposed of by the post office.
